No. Thermal Charcoal sells through authorized wholesale and distribution partners.
What are your MOQs?
For EU domestic orders, the MOQ is typically one pallet. For factory-direct orders, the MOQ is one 20ft container.
What lead times should we expect?
Domestic stock ships quickly (2-3 days). Container direct orders depend on production slots and ocean freight transit times.
Do you offer private label?
No. We strictly distribute the Thermal Charcoal brand and do not offer private label manufacturing.
Can we get samples?
Samples may be provided to qualified partners as part of the account setup process.
